MACG Electrical Course – amended to include Australian Citizens with overseas electrical training (ATCS)

On the 24 December 2021, ASQA approved the entry requirements for 10809NAT Course in Electrical – Australian Minimum Context Gap be expanded to include Australian Technical Competencies Statement (ATCS) holders.

The ATCS assessment and process has been developed by Energy Safe Victoria and is an equivalent and parallel pathway that mirrors the Offshore/Onshore Technical Skills Record (OTSR) process. The ATCS is designed for Australian citizens holding overseas electrician qualification wishing to get their skills and knowledge recognised.

Now both OTSR and ATCS holders meet the eligibility requirement to enrol in 10809NAT Course in Electrician – Minimum Australia Context Gap.
