Superior Training Centre’s aim is to promote careers in electrical, air conditioning-refrigeration, and metal fabrication developing skilled workers throughout NSW and Australia. STC is an education provider started by tradies and taught by tradies so you get quality training & support. Our qualifications are part of the requirements for you to apply to become a licensed electrician, licensed in air conditioning & refrigeration, or a licensed metal fabricator.
Our training programs are nationally recognised. Courses have been developed in conjunction with the industry and our trainers to ensure that your training needs are fulfilled, providing you with the best possible trades training.
Flexible Study Options
We work in conjunction with Employers & Students to develop a training program that assists all parties involved. Face-to-face, online, and block release training depending on employers requirements.
Unlike most organisations, our training rooms are designed to encourage active participation/interaction between learners and staff

Complete the competency conversation and practical skills assessment. We provide you a training plan outlining the expected duration (including gap training required). Upon completion, you can apply to the relevant authority for your licensing requirement.

Nationally Recognised Courses in Refrigeration/Air Conditioning, Electrical & Metal Fabrication
All our courses are part of the Australian Qualifications Framework and they are Nationally Recognised. They include ERAC requirements for Electrician’s license, ARC requirements for Air Conditioning / Refrigeration technician’s license, and requirements to apply for a Metal Fabricator’s license.
